    How to return

    Four steps.

      Email us

      Write to support@tarkmart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. 2

      Get the address

      We’ll reply with the correct return address (it depends on which supplier shipped the order) and any paperwork.

    3. 3

      Send it back

      Pack the item carefully and ship it tracked. Forward the tracking number to us.

    4. 4

      Get refunded

      Once the return arrives and passes a quick check, we issue your refund. You’ll see it within a few business days.

    What qualifies

    Can I return this?

    Yes, you can return

    • Unused items in original packaging with tags attached
    • Damaged or faulty items (we cover return shipping)
    • Wrong item received

    Sorry, we can’t accept

    • Hygiene-sensitive items once the seal is broken
    • Custom or made-to-order pieces
    • Items returned outside the return window or without prior contact
