How to return

Email us
Write to support@tarkmart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Get the address
We’ll reply with the correct return address (it depends on which supplier shipped the order) and any paperwork.

Send it back
Pack the item carefully and ship it tracked. Forward the tracking number to us.

Get refunded
Once the return arrives and passes a quick check, we issue your refund. You’ll see it within a few business days.

- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned outside the return window or without prior contact
