Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, click checkout, and follow the prompts. You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email support@tarkmart.com with your order number — after that we may have already shipped.
Do you offer gift wrap?
No, since we use different suppliers we cannot offer gift wrap unless specified by the individual supplier.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard EU delivery is 3–7 business days. You can see estimated arrival time with each tracking update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs duties?
Customs duties may apply on arrival depending on local rules.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery, items must be unused and in original packaging. Full details on the Returns page.
How long until I get my refund?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Are your products handmade?
Many are. We work with small and big workshops across the world. Each product page lists where it was made.
Are materials sustainably sourced?
We select cruelty-free, low-impact materials whenever possible. Product pages include sourcing notes.
Account
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout works fine. An account lets you track orders, save favorites, and reorder faster.
