Order placed
You check out on tarkmart.com. We confirm the order by email right away.

Supplier prepares it
The order is forwarded to the supplier responsible for that product. They pack and dispatch it.

On its way
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email at dispatch.

Why do delivery times vary so much?+
Each product ships from the supplier closest to its origin. Sourcing locations differ, so a candle from Europe and a ceramic from Asia may arrive on different timelines.
Can I combine multiple items in one shipment?+
Items from the same supplier ship together. If your order spans multiple suppliers, you may receive separate parcels — we’ll send a tracking number for each.
What if my order is delayed?+
Email support@tarkmart.com with your order number and we’ll check the status with the supplier.
