Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, click checkout, and follow the prompts. You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email hello@tarkmart.com with your order number — after that we may have already shipped.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes, free of charge. Just tick the gift wrap box at checkout and add a note if you want one.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard EU delivery is 3–5 business days. Express is 1–2. See Shipping for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs duties?
EU and UK orders include all duties. For other countries, customs may apply on arrival depending on local rules.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, items must be unused and in original packaging. Full details on the Returns page.
How long until I get my refund?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes — mention the replacement item when you start the return and we'll swap directly when possible.

Are your products handmade?
Many are. We work with small workshops across Europe and Asia. Each product page lists where it was made.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most bestsellers, yes. Click "Notify me" on the product and we'll email you when it's back.
Are materials sustainable?
We prioritize natural fibers, recycled metals, and FSC-certified wood. Each product page lists materials in detail.

Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. But an account makes tracking and reordering easier.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link.
