Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, click checkout, and follow the prompts. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email support@tarkmart.com with your order number. After that we may already have started preparing or shipping it.
Can I personalise a product?
Personalised products have a text box on the product page where you can add your text and colours.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Not at the moment.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item and where it ships from. See Shipping for delivery times by region.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs duties?
Not within the EU. Outside the EU, local duties or taxes may apply on arrival.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
14 days from delivery for most items, unused and in their original condition. Personalised items can’t be returned for change of mind. Full details on the Returns page.
How long until I get my refund?
Within 14 days of your return being approved, usually faster. We may wait until the item is back with us.
Products
Where do your products come from?
Most products ship directly from trusted partner suppliers. Our 3D-printed items are designed and printed by us in Estonia.
What are your 3D prints made of?
PLA or PETG, depending on the item. Each product page lists its material. PLA is a sturdy plant-based plastic but softens above about 60 °C, so keep it out of a hot car. PETG copes better with heat, sun and moisture.
Account
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout works fine. An account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
