1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on tarkmart.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2. Products

We sell (a) products 3D-printed by us to order, including personalised items, and (b) selected products shipped directly to you by our partner suppliers. Photos are illustrative; small differences in colour and surface texture are normal for 3D-printed items.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (card payments and PayPal). Payment is processed securely by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if the price was clearly displayed in error, or if payment fails.

5. Production and delivery

Made-to-order 3D-printed items are usually produced within 1–5 business days. Delivery times and methods are described on our Shipping page. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

6. Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To withdraw, email us at support@tarkmart.com with your order number. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you pay the return shipping cost. We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example a sign with your own name or text). See our Returns page for details.

7. Faulty items and complaints

You have the right to submit a complaint about a product that is faulty or does not match its description within two years of receiving it. Please notify us within two months of discovering the problem, with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item. We respond to complaints within 15 days.

8. Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) through the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority at ttja.ee. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual property

Our designs, photos and texts belong to Brightmart OÜ or their respective owners. When you order a personalised item, you confirm you have the right to use any text or image you send us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
